TAXES //
Irely is based in Minnesota where there is no tax on clothing and women’s intimates. However, if you are ordering from out of state, you are required to follow your state’s laws regarding taxes on internet purchases.
ORDERS //
In-stock itmes are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. If you have requested anything that is on back-order, you will be notified immediately of its status and then again upon its shipping. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, not including holidays.
EXCHANGE // RETURNS
Irely is committed to giving you the best possible product with the best possible service to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the item has not been damaged or worn and has the tags still attached, you may exchange or return your purchase for a full refund.
- You must send the original sales receipt along with the items being returned or exchanged.
- We suggest tracking and insurance via FedEx, USPS or UPS. Irely isn’t responsible for items being returned for which we haven’t signed.
- Refunds will be administered in the same format payment was made.
- You will be notified when item is received and exchange is sent or refund is made.
